Daily Rate Options:

RP retains a 25% fee, which provides comprehensive support throughout the engagement. This includes pre-engagement planning and strategic structuring, as well as post-engagement follow-through to ensure sustained impact. RP works closely with each NED to prepare, structure, and deliver engagements effectively, maximizing value and ensuring a streamlined process that aligns with client goals.
Equity Stakes and Growth Support
For select companies with high growth potential, RP offers flexible compensation models that combine fees with equity stakes. This hybrid approach takes a long-term view: by building a portfolio of client successes, we create a PE (Private Equity) pot, supported by NEDs and advisors. Through this approach, RP helps companies access the strategic and operational guidance they need to grow, building both business value and a robust support network for sustained success.
